dc.description.abstractOrganic Light Emission Diode (OLED) has many advantages compares to LED. OLED is becoming more and more popular in display. However, OLED still has some disadvantages and room for improvement. In this project, the OLED device structures and their operation principle are studied. With the help of simulation software, the device structure of OLED have been optimized to achieve higher performance from the simulating the OLEDs’ operation.en_US
