Abstract: The objective of the project is to design and develop a Mobile Application that aids users in maintaining or achieving their health goals and navigating through common medical conditions they might have. The report focuses on React Native and user interface design choices as well as the choices made when developing the application. The application is developed to ease the inconvenience of sourcing for materials and questioning the legitimacy of what is written on the internet and to motivate users to stay discipline in their pursuit for a better life. It is especially crucial for susceptible people that may cultivate bad lifestyle choices from reading false information from the internet. The system’s frontend is built on React Native, a JavaScript framework for building native applications based on React, a JavaScript library for building user interfaces. For the backend infrastructure, I rely on the Firebase toolset, a Google mobile application development platform that helps you build, improve, and grow your app. The products used to develop this application from the Firebase suite are the Authentication, Realtime Database and Cloud storage.
