Abstract: High heel shoes are common fashion accessory for a variety of reasons, although it brings about serious health and safety issues. High heels are still in high demand in the market as the ability of the high heel to make woman appear taller, sexy, and confident creatures they are. Thus, they are viable market for high hell shoes which can adjust their heel height based on their needs. The design of adjustable high heel can be realized by using of an electronic system in the heel which can be triggered with a smartphone. This report is a documentation of the tasks that carried out from 11st Aug 2020 to 30 May 2021 for Final Year Project A070. This report will be mainly focusing on the cam-slot mechanism which allows to adjust the heels accordingly. The details of the design of the cam-slots mechanism are all been well explained in the following sections to make sure the movement of the extension and extraction can be conduct smoothly. Besides, the results of each the experiment testing on prototypes have been clearly recorded in this report to ensure fulfillment of the project aims.
