Abstract: With the COVID-19 Pandemic spreading worldwide, schools know no alternative but to shut down, and countries closed on their border. Consequently, education has transformed tremendously with the rise of E-learning, where teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. E-learning must adopt a more pleasant user experience and multitask abilities feature to increase the retention of information learned from E-learning. Thus, this project is about creating an E-learning web application for a module, EE3019 Integrated Electronic, focusing on clearer insight into the theories, simulation experiences, and concepts of Integrated Circuit and ease of operation. A modern framework is adopted in developing this web application, with the few pivotal being, Vanilla.js, Video.js, Node.js, Bootstrap, and Google Sheet API.
