Abstract

This report is an attempt to provide an account, specifically from the writer-director’s perspective, of how the short film “Pillars of Salt” came to be made. It is a documentation of the writer-director's process through the making of the film, one story amongst many in the herculean group effort that birthed this film, presenting a through-line from the initial concepts to the final deliverables, a continuity covering key steps and events that shaped the progress of the film’s creation.
