Final Year Project (FYP), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. https://hdl.handle.net/10356/150081 | Project: | B3226-201 | Abstract: | In modern industrial automation, electrical machines are of utmost importance to many industrial sectors. These electrical machines must achieve an optimum level of availability to achieve business objectives. Fault detection and diagnosis of the electrical machine is important for the health and safe operation of electrical machines to prevent unexpected breakdowns. This paper studies the existing condition monitoring technique to propose the development of a wireless vibration sensor for an inductor motor. The student will be responsible for the development of a Graphic User Interface to allow transmission of data from the sensor to the device through Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol, to display the data into a graph chart. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/150081 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Research Centres: | Rolls-Royce@NTU Corporate Lab | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
