Abstract: In this study, we will investigate the difference in effectiveness of blog advertorials based on the type of goods (products versus services), level of brand equity of the goods (high versus low) and lastly on the frequency of blog readership. An understanding of blog advertorial effectiveness would allow advertisers to know if the current trend of advertising through blog advertorials is truly effective and worth spending on.
