Abstract: Elderly and the disabled do require additional assistance and care from family members and caregivers more often than not. When these caregivers are not around, these Elderly and the disabled will have to tend for themselves and go about their daily life. Some of these activities pose difficulties for these groups of people to execute. The purpose of this project is to provide a solution that can help these groups of people continue executing their daily life with ease using Internet of Things technology to create a home autonomous system. This project focuses on designing a few physical hardware systems that use modern technologies such as voice control and mobile application to simulate different daily activities that a user will experience throughout the day.
