Abstract: Many studies on the perovskite material have been conducted in the engineering and nanomaterial fields in recent years. Because of the many advantages of the material, such as its excellent performance and high efficiency, it has favourable development in Perovskite LED and Perovskite Solar Cell. However, the focus of this project is on Perovskite LED, specifically how the device structure affects its performance, particularly on the three active layers. The concept of the device structure is used from the OLED and applied to this project for Perovskite LED. During this project, software simulation will be used to adjust the thickness of the three active layers and determine the relationship between the thickness of active layers and the performance of the Perovskite LED.
