In this report, the importance of e-learning portal was studied in detailed. The main advantage is to enable continuous learning for working adults through the online portal provided by different course of providers without having to attend traditional classes. The development of a Structured Web based E-Learning Tool (SWELT) process and descriptions are included in the report as well. Various web pages were created for different levels of users such as: • An administrator page to allow constant update of new materials. • A manager page to monitor the staffs’ progress. • A staff page that enable them to enhance their learning at an own time own target pace. Because of the increasing speed of products that causes interconnect problems such as timing and quality of signal, Signal Integrity is chosen as the topic for the e-learning portal. A wide variety of topics ranging from the fundamental of SI to the design criteria that has to be taken into consideration are covered in the e-learning website. Fresh engineers or experienced engineers can benefit from the courses that are offered. Animations and PowerPoint slides will be provided to enhance their learning process.en_US
