dc.description.abstractThis paper presents A Better Flow (ABF), the first non-profit public communication campaign in Singapore encouraging the use of menstrual cups – a sustainable alternative to disposable menstrual products. ABF seeks to alleviate the environmental impact of disposable menstrual products while improving women’s menstrual experiences. The campaign empowers female undergraduates aged 18 to 25 from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to adopt the menstrual cup through education and social support.en_US
