Abstract: Aftertaste is a documentary that explores the role of food in relation to one’s identity and definition of “home”. By using food to journey the celebrations and hurt of our profiles, we invite viewers to consider if the love for their neighbours’ food translates to true acceptance of their cultures in their private space.Divided into three segments, each segment looks at food’s different roles and significance in our profiles’ lives.
