Abstract: Homes in the future will soon become fully automated due to the convenience it provides to the user. Smart Home systems allow users to control smart devices of various kinds. IoT or the internet of things is a forthcoming technology that will allow us to control all the devices through the internet. Thus enabling automation in modern homes through the internet. This project looks into designing smart home systems that bring convenience into homes. Some of the systems will be fully automatic while others might add convenience to smart devices
