Abstract: The project aims to study in detail the Deep-Ultraviolet Chips developed at LUMINOUS! and looks for ways to improve the efficiency of these chips using light extractions techniques. In addition, a comparison of the performance of the chips with the commercial Ultraviolet-C light-emitting diodes is also done.
