Abstract: There is an increase in demand for new chemical and biological sensing method. This has been growing in sectors such as healthcare and food agency. The current method needs improvement for biomolecule detection as the effective detection for small amount molecules now does not support detection of protein solutions in low amount such as 1ng/mL. This report introduces the simulation carried out by COMSOL software to study how one can improve the sensitivity of the sensor system.
