Abstract: This paper presents the collaboration between a group of four final-year students from the Public and Promotional Communications Department of Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University, and a subsidiary of Citigroup, Citibank Singapore Ltd. Our peer-to-peer communication campaign sets out to educate and increase awareness of credit management among tertiary students in Singapore. This paper includes research that guided campaign objectives, helped shape strategies, tactics, and aided in post-campaign evaluation.
