dc.description.abstractStress is an emotion in which everyone goes through, especially in modern society. Stress can have a constructive purpose, such as giving an individual the appropriate fight or flight response under challenging obstacles. However, prolonged stress can also become an impediment to daily life and cause adverse effects on people. As such, Internet-based Application for Indoor Urban Gardening is concept targeted for stressed individuals. Gardening has known to aid people who are stressed by diverting their attention from their problems by providing them an avenue to engage in gardening physical activities that in turn promote an overall better well-being. Moreover, Singapore has experienced food shortages during Covid-19. An indoor gardening system may be useful to an extent. This FYP report serves as a documentation for the project titled "Internet-based Application for Indoor Urban Gardening(P2028-202)". It contains the motivation behind this project and the objectives that has been achieved.en_US
