Abstract: Nowadays, flexible electronics devices such as thin film transistors and photodetectors are getting intensive attentive in era in loTs. Silicon is one of most important semiconductors which enable the fabrication of various devices such as diodes. Semiconductor nanomembrane is a transferrable free-standing thin film and it is highly flexible. Therefore, it is important to develop high performance flexible devices based Si NMs. This paper will be based on research study on Silicon materials, NMs, transfer-printing of Si NMs on flexible substrates, fabrication process of Si NM and devices, characterization of Si diodes using Raman Spectroscopy and current-voltage measurements setup.
