Abstract: Increasingly, more-electric aircraft(MEA) is adopted to replace conventional aircraft. MEA can provide a more cost-efficient and environmentally friendly solution to the negative effects of air travel. It utilizes two different types of power and is widely used in the aviation industry. MEA is difficult to design, with extensive requirements ranging from power density, efficiency, and safety. A modular power conversion and distribution(MPCD) system can be built within the aircraft design to meet future aircraft power systems requirements. This report will present the design and development process of the high voltage controller board intended for use in industrial applications. In this report, some information and pictures cannot be shown due to the project’s confidentiality.
