Abstract: This project aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR) Mobile App to increase Environmental Awareness in Children. AR is an increasingly popular medium for interaction and learning applications. Since AR features relies heavily on user interaction, it will be suitable for the main target audience, children. The application involves bringing children on an educational journey, by learning more about animal habitats, with AR exploration and games, so that they can learn about how to conserve the environment. Detailed information about environmental threats to animals, environmental pollution, and steps for environmental conservation will be introduced to children through the various features in the AR application.
