Abstract: 協 / Tea House embodies the exploration of visual and graphical music notation. The tea brand aims to create a connection to one’s self, inducing calm and space through the engagement between(?) drinking and thinking. The East Asia (China, Japan, Korea) traditional music and tea ceremony and their respective instruments (Guzheng, Gayayum, Koto) are deeply rooted in their own culture and history, resulting in the unique indigenous sounds that distinguish themselves from the others. "Music and tea share a linear perspective of time, a beginning and an end, an experience given, and an experience gone”
