dc.description.abstractThe study focused on non-linear controller for Direct Current, (DC) -Alternating Current (AC) power converters used in microgrids. The controlled system includes the DC-AC power converters, an output filter, and loads. The controller was designed on the basis of the average switching model, using the Lyapunov theory. The reduction of the implementation cost, some sensors have been replaced by introducing adaptive mechanisms, which led to the implementation costs reduction. The controller stability was theoretically analyzed based on the Lyapunov theory and its performance was verified by simulation under changes of the load and power and grid conditions. Simulation model was implemented by using MATLAB/Simulink and the simulation model was imported to OPAL-RT. The model predictive control was replaced by control strategy by research which consisted an inverter and its controller. Moreover, the controller was developed and tested for performance.en_US
