Abstract: Vertical farming and 3D printing has been rapidly gaining popularity in around the world. It has seen an increase in development of 3D printing technology and increase of urban agriculture over the past few years. Due to a scarcity of farmland, communities can experiment with innovative ways to locate farms throughout the city. Indoor agriculture technology has opened new prospects for small countries like Singapore to expand our food production capacities. However. adopting 3D printing into urban agriculture is a novel approach and will be further developed in future.
