Abstract: This project aims to research and fabricate an easy mud removal with the use of water-swelling polyurethane sealant. For easy mud removal system to works, it must allow the mud to detach from the base material easily, it must be water resistance and the mud must not stain the base material even after the mud has been removed. Therefore, this report understands the properties of water-swelling polyurethane sealant and investigates ways to remove the mud from the base material and come up with a realistic solution for easy mud removal.
