Abstract: This report presents the development of the Image Filter System. It is designed to transform photos and videos into masterpieces. Essentially, allowing users to import the media file where this media becomes a totally new file with artwork. The system contains two developments: mobile application and backend development. For the mobile side, iOS development is being used as a frontend to carry out image filtering functions. The server side of the system is to provide client services such user authentication, user requests, and admin requests. This image filter system aims to empower non-artists to appreciate the creativity that comes along when creating and sharing an art work. Along with enabling individuals everywhere to explore their own creativity, the commercial art world serves as a great example of the importance of style transfer. And style transfer is now possible for captured video because of the ongoing development of AI-accelerated technology in the cloud and on the edge. The possibilities for design, content creation, and the advancement of creative tools are unlimited thanks to this new capability.
