Abstract: This report delves into the significance of Mxene in enhancing the performance of perovskite solar cells. Perovskite solar cells are a promising alternative to traditional silicon-based solar cells, but their instability is a significant challenge that needs to be overcome for their widespread adoption. The two-dimensional material, Mxene, with high conductivity and excellent mechanical properties, has emerged as a potential solution to improve the stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells. Through a range of experimental techniques, we fabricated perovskite solar cells with and without Mxene and characterized their performance. Our study attempts to probe the effects of incorporating Mxene into the perovskite layer to achieve a substantial enhancement in the stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells. The results of this study highlight the potential of Mxene as a key material for improving the stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells. Further research is needed to optimize the fabrication process and to examine the long-term stability of Mxene-enhanced perovskite solar cells. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the role of Mxene in perovskite solar cells, paving the way for future research in this field.
