dc.description.abstractGreen building construction project management is the development and attempt in the field of project management. With the rapid development of green building today, the study of green building construction project management has become the inevitable demand of green building development. Based on the characteristics of green building, this study reviews and summarizes some existing research on the management evaluation of green building construction projects. Then, an interview is used to collect practitioners' opinions on the evaluation system, and thematic analysis is used to construct the indicators of the evaluation system. A survey is used to gather the importance of these indicators, and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to calculate the weight of these indicators. This study finds that the project performance evaluation index system of green building can be divided into four stages, including the decision-making stage, the design stage, the construction stage and the operation stage. There are great differences in the relative importance weights of green building projects at different stages. Of the four stages, the design phase and the operation phase are the most important for green building project performance, while the decision phase of the project is the least important for green building project performance. The difference between different indicators is large, and the importance of the top four indicators is much higher than the importance weight of the latter indicators. Among these indicators, the standardization of design is the most important one. The energy efficiency in the operation of green building is also an important factor in the performance evaluation of green building project. The results of this study can support policy makers to formulate some regulations on green building evaluation and support green building industry to better improve project management performance.en_US
