Twisted bilayer graphene is a recent discovery that has garnered interest by many researchers. It boasts many interesting properties such as super conductivity, ferromagnetism and enhanced optical properties. However, current methods to produce twisted bilayer graphene has not been very effective in producing them in a controlled uniform manner, not to mention the scale of production is small. It was found that CVD has potential in producing large scale twisted bilayer graphene. Suitable substrate for twisted bilayer graphene production via CVD were studied, and bicrystal Copper Nickel alloy (CuNi) substrate was hinted to be a suitable candidate. In this report, we will discuss on the current methods to manufacture twisted bilayer graphene, the novel method of producing CuNi bicrystal substrate and explain why CuNi substrate is a suitable candidate.en_US
