Abstract: Video technology has revolutionized sports performance analysis by providing coaches, athletes, and sports analysts with the ability to review and analyze performance in detail. This project presents the development of a video delay application using the Swift programming language and Xcode. The app features several unique tools that streamline sports performance analysis and data collection. These tools include video trimming, footage exportation, and annotation tools. The application’s user interface is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to use. By providing a fast and efficient way to analyze performance, this application aims to help athletes and coaches make decisions to improve their performance during training sessions.
