Abstract: In recent times, there has been a surge in popularity of e-learning platforms, which has prompted many individuals to enroll in such programs to acquire new skills or enhance their existing knowledge. However, the convenience offered by these platforms comes at the expense of face-to-face interaction among peers in a classroom setting, which can significantly improve the quality of learning. While some e-learning platforms have attempted to address this issue through specific features, these measures have not been entirely adequate. This project aims to introduce a web-based platform using the XAMPP stack to share and give more knowledge to user who like computer networking and security. The platform will have various features, including enabling administrators to create courses and students to take tests.
