Abstract: Complex systems consist of interrelated parts that shows developing behaviour. This makes their dynamics hard to predict or observe solely on the individual components’ behaviour. These systems exist in a variety of fields such as ecology, online social network and biology. A multidisciplinary approach is required to understand the dynamics of the complex systems. In-depth studies are made regarding the rise of a system but rarely regarding the fall of such systems. Hence, this project will focus on the crash of complex system networks and its characteristics. We will observe a simulation using a certain network model approach on the different types of systems and see if there are common causes of such crash.
