Abstract: Since the Covid pandemic outbreaks till now. ‘Many companies faced a lack of adequate manpower which led them to be incapable of meeting the supply and demand of their customer’. This has caused an extreme impact on smaller companies, which many faced financial difficulties and a lack of productivity, especially in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Given the opportunity to help and improve the difficulties many companies faced, I have been tasked to use a software called Visual Component. This software aims to reduce the manpower needed to do a project design and with simulations capabilities, it also helps to improve visual and communication for process changes. The software provides a better outcome that reduces critical mistakes and oversights, this helps to build confidence when planning a new project. With its design, test, and simulation, the project goal aims to help companies to benefit from it by minimizing downtime, and speed up implementation, thus improving their resource management and maximizing the utilization of their assets accordingly.
