dc.description.abstractWith the popularization of the Internet, the application of the network in people's life is more and more extensive. The network platform for online course learning is an essential component of building educational r esources in the digital age. It enables students to stay up to date with industry trends, acquire self directed learning skills, and seek assistance with any challenges they may encounter while studying . Teachers form interactive teaching with students thr ough the network platfo rm. There are few online learning websites designed for the most popular PHP language programming for web development. This system tries to use XAMPP to build a PHP language online learning system on the Internet to provide students with a self learning pl atform. Starting from two angles o f theory and practice, this paper expounds the development background of the system, the development and operation environment of the system, the analysis of system functions, the design of system fu nction modules, the rea lization of database structure, th e creation of each function module, etc., design, Realize an online learning system with data mining function. The online learning system is developed using PHP technology, and My SQL is used as the b ackground database. The system realizes user management, courseware upload, courseware download, homework upload, homework download, quiz and other functions.en_US
