Abstract: In this project, the study to manufacture a high-speed camera for Wyn Monde Pte Ltd on a small scale was conducted based on the specific requirements provided. Key components to manufacture a high-speed camera was identified and its suitability of using on-demand manufacturing techniques. Manufacturing techniques useful to the manufacturing of components was also described in the report. Insights to the integration of components used in the manufacturing of the high-speed camera was done through the dismantling of an inexpensive high-speed camera. The inexpensive camera was dismantled once it proved its efficacy as a high-speed camera against an industrial and expensive high-speed camera. The insights gathered from the dismantling of the high-speed camera gave a greater understanding on the individual components and the integration of these components. This led to the analysing of the cost of acquiring these components and integrating them to manufacture a high-speed camera for Wyn Monde Pte Ltd on a small scale.
