(2023). Thermal conductivity-type CO2 gas sensor. Master's thesis, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. https://hdl.handle.net/10356/167956 | Abstract: | With the problem of global warming, the use of gas sensors will become more and more widespread. As one of the future development trends of gas sensors, thermal conduction gas sensors are used in many fields .The thermal conduction gas sensor’s working principle is analyzing the concentration of the measured gas by measuring the change of the thermal conductivity of the mixed gas. In this dissertation, the gas sensor is consist of three parts:emitting source, gas channel and pyroelectric detector. The input gas is a mixture with CO2 an N2. Collect the graph and data, then analyze the relationship between the thermal conductivity and heat , temperature change. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/167956 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Organisations: | Technical University of Munich | Research Centres: | A*STAR Institute of Material Research and Engineering | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
