Abstract: A neck injury is a specific kind of illness in which the continuity of the bone is either entirely or partially shattered. Nowadays, it happens more frequently because so many kids enjoy playing intense sports like basketball, soccer, etc. The project's goal is to design and create a neck cast using shape memory polymers (SMPs), such as polycaprolactone (PCL). The functionality of the present neck cast on the market might be substantially enhanced by this. In this paper, we delve into the most minute details of conventional programming and recovery techniques, the measurement of the shape memory effect, and the molecular design of suitable polymer infrastructures.
