Abstract: Decentralized finance (DeFi) is a rapidly growing industry, and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is one of the most popular applications within the DeFi domain. P2P lending allows individuals to lend and borrow money directly from each other without the need for intermediaries such as banks. This project explores the DeFi solution for P2P lending by developing a web-based application P2PLENDing. The backend is developed using smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain and the frontend is developed with Vue.JS framework. This report includes code snippets, screenshots and explanations of the implementation and aims to provide documentation on the development process of P2PLENDing.
