Abstract: This paper presents the design and analysis of a G-simulation seat with flaps for use in vehicle motion simulators. The G-simulation seat is designed to provide users with a realistic and immersive experience of vehicle motion and force. Flaps are equipped with G-simulation seat to create a six-degree-of-freedom (6 DOF) motion platform that can simulate three translational movements (x, y, and z) and three rotational movements (pitch, roll, and yaw). The design of the G-simulation seat prioritizes user safety and comfort, incorporating features such as a secure harness and a comfortable seating position. The structure of the seat is also robust, accommodating a wide range of body types and sizes. The G-simulation seat is suitable for use in training simulators, entertainment centres, and home setups, providing users with a unique and thrilling experience. The project involved the conceptual design and assembly of a demonstration unit, as well as the design of a circuit diagram and programming of the control to actuator. The demonstration unit will undergo testing to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the G-simulation seat design. The results of the testing can be used to refine the design and optimize the G-simulation seat's performance for use in a range of applications.
