Abstract: This dissertation examined the value of public relations evaluation in Singapore's public relations industry and hopefully contributes significantly to the body of knowledge on local public relations practices. This dissertation investigated whether public relations practitioners in Singapore evaluated their campaigns and activities; their attitudes towards evaluation; seek to understand how public relations campaigns and activities are evaluated locally; and identify the barriers and facilitators (if any) of campaign evaluation.
