Abstract: This project mainly focus on studies and application of Polycaprolactone(PCL) particularly as supports for finger injury due to its good biological and physical properties. Innovative finger support solutions have been developed using advanced materials and design advancements that are lightweight, breathable and adjustable. Research, prototypes, concept models, and a finalized design are all included in this report. Manufacturing process will be described in detail and recommendation for future projects will be provided in the conclusion.
