Abstract: Schools in the twenty first century must pay as much attention to how students learn as they do to what students learn. Part of the 'how students learn' encompasses attempts to address student mastery of the processes of becoming informed. The purpose of this study is to assess whether the incorporation of information literacy standards explicitly in the learner outcomes of Project Work would help build the students achieve a high level of information literacy as they progress through the information problem solving or research process.
