NTU 2nd year business professional attachment report : The Intel Hong Kong experience.

Abstract

This Professional Attachment report is intended to give the reader a better understanding of Intel, the largest semiconductor company in the world. It is presented in a fashion that highlights the various aspects of the organization. Topics discussed focuses very much on how an I.T company grows and structures itself as the Pacific century dawns on us. There is also a topic on the change of sovereignty in Hong Kong and implications that can affect its regional business as a whole. Finally, a chapter is dedicated to what I have learnt through these intense eight weeks with this company and improvements that can be made to benefit future interns.
