We first formulated a slurry with good ceramic particle dispersion and modified the sintering process of the printed part. We improved the dispersion of the yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) particles by mixing with dispersant before preparing the slurry. After printing with the slurry, the printed part was sintered under a pressure of 20 KPa.
