Abstract: Satellite telecommunication systems have been growing in importance with regards to modern communication systems. Various applications would include communications to ships, vehicles and for TV and radio broadcasting. However, such applications are impossible to implement using submarine cables. Thus, it is of importance to study and design a satellite communication link that is reliable.
