Abstract: This report presents the development of a Student Mobile Forum Application - SCSE Knowledge Hub. SCSE Knowledge Hub is designed and developed using the Flutter framework and it aims to provide a conducive student forum platform for School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) students to gain knowledge from their peers. SCSE Knowledge Hub is a user-friendly platform for sharing knowledge and collaborating. It lets users ask and answer questions, upload attachments, post anonymously, and receive notifications for updates. These features are designed with the purpose of solving existing issues faced by forum platforms commonly used by SCSE students. As such, it aims to foster an interactive environment where students can easily connect, learn, and engage within the community. This report aims to analyse the different technology used, and the motivation behind it. It also addresses the different design considerations taken into account when developing SCSE Knowledge Hub. Lastly, the report incorporates various survey results that consolidate user feedback, providing a comprehensive assessment of the application's strengths and weaknesses.
