Abstract: The focus of this project is on the development of a modular robot system for carrying testing equipment required for data collection, to aid in creating a model which performs Radio Frequency (RF) signal prediction. The project deals with the physical challenges of traversing urban environments with a heavy load. The robot system features flexible control mechanisms, including automatic and remote-controlled modes, facilitated over a local Wi-Fi network. Challenges such as structural stability and power limitations are addressed through innovative solutions, to boost platform support and power optimization for motorized movement on inclines and rugged terrain.
