Thus, this project proposes a web application to address these challenges and facilitate continued art therapy. The platform offers a virtual art creation space with various tools and surfaces, allowing users to express themselves artistically. Analysis algorithms can examine user artwork for elements like strokes, mediums, and colours, which can be later discussed with a chatbot companion. The application also provides personalised de-stressing activities and a dedicated journaling space for documenting emotions and experiences. This project aims to support ongoing art therapy on non-session days to ensure consistent engagement and foster a coherence alliance through the empathetic chatbot companion.
