Abstract: In our fast-paced contemporary society, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle has never been more critical. Amidst daily demands, maintaining physical well-being often takes a backseat. Smartphones and mobile applications have revolutionized various aspects of our lives, including health and fitness. However, there remains an untapped opportunity: creating an application specifically tailored for the aging population. Our project aims to bridge this gap by developing a user-friendly mobile application for older adults. The objectives include fostering health-promoting habits, enhancing fitness levels, providing progress tracking and health records, and timely reminders related to medical health. Through this endeavour, we seek to enhance the quality of life for older adults, ensuring they benefit from technological advancements while navigating the digital landscape effortlessly.
