Android app in conjunction with BLE beacon

Abstract

Children around the world are precious and vulnerable. Parents all want to ensure the protection of their children, from health to education to physical well-being. Education and health can be controlled by selecting schools and diet, but a child's physical care can be tricky. Parents hope that there can be an affordable solution to their worry about the physical safety of their children. This project tasks us to create a phone application that is simple, affordable, and easy to use to track children’s physical locations using a BLE beacon to help parents be at ease with their children’s whereabouts.
