Abstract: This project extensively explores various techniques for measuring blood pressure, ranging from traditional non-invasive methods using cuffs to newer cuff-less approaches. It examines different methods of blood pressure measurement, both with and without cuffs, emphasizing their working principles and effectiveness. Additionally, the project delves into the photoacoustic effect and its application in blood pressure measurement using natural agents. It discusses different photoacoustic methods, their benefits, and drawbacks. One of the key aspects of this project is the simulation of implementing photoacoustic imaging with varying wavelengths for blood pressure measurement. This simulation aims to demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of using photoacoustic techniques to measure blood pressure, showcasing how different wavelengths can affect the imaging process and the information obtained. Overall, this project provides a comprehensive overview of blood pressure measurement tools, including traditional and modern methods, while also exploring the potential of photoacoustic imaging for this purpose. It considers the advantages and limitations of each approach, offering valuable insights into the advancements and challenges in blood pressure measurement technology.
